Law 94m) is the article in the Professional Code that pertains to PT and PRT practitioners. It contains articles 1 - 4 which enumerate the differences between the two professions including, licencing and required levels of education, scope of practice and reserved acts, as well as the prerequisites needed in for PRT professionals to be able to treat a patient, as determined by the categories of patients that a PRT practitioner is permitted to see.
